"Always great to see a movie here. The negatives are that my food order was not put in correctly before the movie and my husband had to order again. We were charged for two orders and only got one. Wish the employees at the small counter (where you order food, not pick up) had been more communicative, clear and thorough. Not everyone just knows that you have to walk across the lobby to go get your food. Took extra time for us and we were late getting into the movie."

"They show the ufc fights! It was a great time. I highly recommend you experience it for yourself. I used to come here years ago when I lived in the area and was happy to see it still fully operational and still as well kept as when it first opened. I will be back."

"Ordering tickets online is easy and the process of getting into the theater and food/snacks also easy. I wish it were a bit more easy to access your free points, rather than go to a separate site just to use them. Should be easy as clicking a box to use points whenever you check out. In person I like that they offer to let you use your points at least. The venue is usually very clean and organized. They definitely could use more staff to battle the long lines for the snacks, but it's understandable that they may be understaffed."

"Pretty great place! We did have a really sticky floor beneath us though throughout the movie which distracted me. The bathrooms were pretty clean and I liked that I didn't have to go far to find one, while missing the movie. I had to get the workers attention in order to get some Icees and a lemonade, which lemonade turned out to not be available but I had already paid. The lemonade that she could access was gone so she sent me out (passed the ticket takers) to get some from the commons area. No luck there either. So I had to wait in a small line, show my ticket again, get back to her, and tell her that the lemonade there was empty as well. All the while the Icees were melting on the countertop waiting for me. They decided to just swap out the lemonade purchase for another Icee (I came out on top). But it was disappointing for my boy who loves lemonade that out of about 8 kinds of lemonade, they only had blueberry lemonade available. At least the Icees were huge (even the small size was huge). I used the Megaplex App for the first time for this visit. It was convenient! I purchased the tickets and a large popcorn through the app before arriving. You check in once you arrive with the QR code that the app gives you. That initiates the popcorn order. It was slick. Overall we had a great time. A few small things would have made it better."
