Cinemark Jordan Landing 24 and XD

"Clean, good sound quality, reclining seats. My only complaint is they ran out of pizzas. Nachos were tasty! Drinks were appropriate sizes. Concessions agents listened, were prompt and courteous"

"The seats were nice but it was not very clean, there was a wall in front of our seats that blocked some of the screen and I could hear movies from the theaters next door. Never had that before at any other theater"

"This location, in my experience, is always a little bit of a mess. I always find used crumpled up napkins in my seat. Cinemark has an app that let's you order your popcorn and drinks ahead of time, which is very convenient. They will even deliver your order to you at your seats, but they charge $2 specifically to do that. No problem, because you can also just pickup your order yourself and that must be cheaper right? Partially correct, because Cinemark still charges you 50 cents for the ability to simply grab your order from the counter yourself. I think that's pretty ridiculous personally. They would prefer you wait in a long line at the concession stand and order. But they will also only staff 1 of 8 cash registers so the line moves as slow as possible. I really don't understand the business model of Cinemark."

"My family and I had a great time at the theater tonight! We watched the new trolls movie. The theater was clean, and the chairs were comfy for us. There was even room for our 2 year old to dance to the trolls movie in front of his seat without disturbing anyone."
