"Horrible experience. My ski bag was misdelivered and a kind neighbor alerted the reception that it was outside in danger of being stolen and they told her they'd look into it and they did nothing, when I inquired about it they denied the phone call even happened, and only admitted they had a record of the call later when police were involved, but continued to lie to the police about what was discussed on the phone call. They have not acknowledged that they disregarded the request for help with the bag, offered an apology, or even shown empathy for the fact that I am now stuck in Utah for a month with zero clothing, much less missing thousand of dollars of gear. Everyone else I spoke with - the owner, the police, the incredibly young front desk staff that shouldn't have been the ones even handling the theft of property were nice, but the manager was disinterested in even speaking with me and made teenagers talk to me instead. The management here don't care about guests. Oh, and their hot tub completely bleached/destroyed my bikini and when I first arrived at night they informed me there was no power in several of the buildings, including mine."
"The location is great for Park City, a short drive and you're on the historic main street. Rooms are small but have all the basics you'll need for a few nights stay. The bathroom in 431 had a weird smell and the ceiling had orange stains. The aircon filter needed cleaned out and was incredibly loud. Otherwise, the bed was comfy and I had a decent nights sleep. It seemed that guests on the Friday night were generally louder than the rest of the nights though, the area was a lot more busy. I didn't try any amenities but they had a pool, space to do laundry etc too. Free parking on site for residents too! Try yuki yama for dinner and five5eeds for brunch if you're looking for great meals!"
"Each condo is individually owned and operated. The photos on here don't do justice to most of the rooms as some are brand new, remodeled and decorated beautifully!"
"Traveled here for work recently. we had been given two connected suites. 8 people staying here. out of the 6 bathrooms 3 were fully functional. problems ranged from super low water pressure, doors that did not lock, broken showers, and even a shower that only did hot water. one bed had sheets with visible holes in them, looked like burn holes. Keys sometimes worked for getting in the building, but not the room or visa-versa. speaking of keys, when some of us arrived we went over to the office to get more keys, 2 for 8 guests is not a good ratio. the front desk made more keys and gave out parking passes without checking any credentials. really did not feel safe there. Maybe they were just about to start off season repairs, but this stay being in June, really should have had all winter damage already repaired."
"This place smells terrible. As soon as you walk in, you are met with a horrible stench throughout the hallways. Their carpet in all of the hallways needed to be ripped up about 20 years ago. The unit we stayed in smelled terrible and was dirty. I cannot for the life of me understand where these people’s $500.00 a month HOA fee goes to because there are about 100 things that need to be fixed. If you like clean and good smells.. do not stay here !!!"
