"Horrible customer service! Bought a half gallon and they were out of large bags. I asked if they had anything to put my large bottle in and just got a shoulder shrug. I then asked if I could have a box, they said "no, they are for other customers that buy more than 1 bottle." I tried to explain that I didnt want to go outside and into my apartment complex carrying a visible liquor bottle, its a half gallon, where am I supposed to put it to not be visible? They once again denied me and said they were for other customers and would run out by the end of the night if they gave me "one." I said again that some people dont want to carry visible bottles of liquor. Dont want my neighbors to see, kids or anyone driving past my residence. My kid is in the car and dont want her to see. They were not having any of it so I had to take 4 small bags and wrap my bottle myself ghetto style. The ambiance was bad, they made me feel I was in the wrong asking for something as a customer. They acted very entitled. I requested a small level amount of customer service. I practically begged 3 times. Merry Christmas I guess. Not going back."
