"Halfway point on our trip from Boise, Idaho to Sedona, Arizona. Booked because of the dog friendly rooms! Accommodations are adequate."
"We stopped here on our way to St. George, suddenly and in a panic due to a snow storm. I wasn't expecting much, but was so impressed by the staff and the room. I have 7+ years luxury hospitality experience and would 100% hire their swing shift front desk agent Nakhia as well as the lovely woman working breakfast, Emma. Nakhia was pleasant and warm, even in a suddenly packed lobby full of grumpy displaced travelers like myself. The lobby, hallways and room were exceptionally clean and I was shocked how comfortable the bed was for a budget focused chain. Great job to the whole team - everyone deserves a raise!"
"We had the best experience staying here! Nikaylie (I think? Dark hair pretty eyelashes) helped us check in and this entire review is for her! We were stuck in a horrible winter storm with only one more hour to go but we could not see anything when driving so we wanted to stop for the night so we’d be safe. We and everyone else. We had tried to book a hotel on line but it wasn’t working. So we called and she reserved us a room. She was kind and patient and very helpful. We were in the parking lot when we called. We came inside and there was a very long line of people. The lobby was packed someone had fallen and cut their head open and there were first responders there treating him and taking him to the hospital. Nikaylie was the only one working. I honestly don’t know how she did it. She helped everyone in the line and answered phone calls while checking people in line in. She was polite and courteous and sweet and kind to everyone who called and to everyone in front of her face. When one person called to get a room she put them on hold and asked if anyone in the line didn’t have a room yet. When several people raised their hands she told the person in the phone they were sold out, as there were only 2 or 3 rooms left and a whole line line of people. I don’t know how she kept track of all of the rooms between helping people in front of her and answering phone calls. Then when everything was sold out she continued to answer the phone and kindly tell people there weren’t any vacancies and she was so sorry and to please be safe. This young person deserves a promotion and should work in hospitality or customer service the rest of her life! I was SO IMPRESSED! And so thankful to have a comfortable bed to sleep in last night. The breakfast was good too! And the breakfast attendant who had shoulder length brown hair and pretty eyes was equallly friendly and helpful. These are young people. Maybe 18-25 and I was struck by their maturity, and ability to stay calm and cheerful in an incredibly stressful situation. I will recommend this hotel to everyone after the incredible customer service!"
"We got here at midnight and they got us in last minute which was nice. The room however was very cold when we got in. The ice bucket was left in our room uncleaned. The beds were pretty comfy and the breakfast was decent! The biggest complaint was that the price doesn’t match the value. The room was $170 for a last minute stay for a room that didn’t feel fully ready and they didn’t have a gym which I didn’t love. I feel like for a last minute stay like that with a room that’s not even warmed up and wasn’t going to get used it seems like it should be at a discounted rate. I was grateful they had a Tesla charger available for guests because that was a reason we needed to stay here in the first place."
"Just OK for an overnight stop. Bed very comfortable and clean linen. Scruffy furniture and dirty carpet. Breakfast was awful. Apathetic youth in charge of breakfast room, who could barely look up from his cell phone when asked where the bread, muffins, pancakes, etc were. There were none- he said they don't supply, which I find hard to believe for a chain hotel offering hot breakfast. Would not stay there again and felt the rate was overpriced."
