"Rolled into town at midnight after our vehicle was having engine issues. Stopped at the Malad hotel, it was locked with no one in sight but I called the number and someone was there in 10 minutes to let us in and get us a room. Room was clean and for a good price. Highly recommend!"

"Room was very ,very clean . I thought the rooms were a little small. Did have any lights in hallway. Overall nice room. My wife thought it was really quiet. We thought with the bar down stairs it would be had to get to sleep."

"It is an old Hotel. It was clean, everything worked and the bartender checked us in :-) Value is very good, beds were great and we found a good pizza place for dinner. Will stay again in the future."

"Great location if you are in Malad for business or want to explore the town. You get what you paid for, this is not a chain hotel, it has a small staff operating it and the bar downstairs. (You need to call the number on the front door to get checkin service, but the lady is onsite, not a big wait). The single rooms have a queen size bed, a fridge, microwave, a TV and a table with 2 chairs. While the room walls are pretty bare, the small bathroom had stone tiles that have it more character. The shower pressure could be better. There is also a window AC for when it's too hot. Despite the low temperature outside during the night (Sept), the temp in the room stayed pretty constant."

"Great experience, Denise is a pleasure to work with, she was very helpful when I arrived. Biggest plus for the simple, no nonsense hotel, it’s clean! Comfortable night stay, close to the highway, fuel and coffee at Maverik. Check out the cool working phone booth! Bar in the basement, that’s where to go if no one is up front. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat."
