"Update edit. While convenient if you come during the morning rush you will meet the "ladies", a few of them are not what I would describe as customer friendly. In fact the last time last week there were 4 women standing behind the registers and it appeared that two lanes were open but the "lady" on the left register was doing nothing but complained that the phone was ringing and refused to answer it. Meanwhile there was a line of people at the other open register slowly being checked out due to the lack of attention by the cashier. I had waited patiently until my turn at the other register when the lady who complained about the phone spoke up and said that she was open too and she could have helped me. This was after standing in line listening to her complain and the other two ladies carry on about other employees. When my items were checked out I got out the amount in cash and since the cashier seemed distracted and was just staring off on space I put the money in the counter. After waiting a short 30 seconds I mentioned That I put the money in the counter. She acknowledged that I said something but I had to repeat myself saying here is the money. She responded with a curt comment and said something about good service. I let her know that good service from her is a myth since I have yet to see any semblance from either of them and promptly gathered my items and left. 2 of these ladies have always been difficult and were rude most often in my past visits. That day was a perfect storm having the worst of the worst all working together. I used to enjoy coming here but the better or nicer employees all seem to have moved on. I guess it doesn't matter though because they always have the morning construction worker rush to keep them busy. If I go to Hart's I choose a different one than this one. I usually go to a different station all together."

"Pretty clean and stocked. Friendly staff. Except that one clerk with the porcupine highlights on her head and the blonde with the long hair. She doesn’t greet you unless she likes you, always rushing to check you out and running your card as credit to get you out sooner. I don’t even have my stuff together and she’s already ringing up the next customer. The rest are nice and very helpful."

"I recommend you take your business to the Hart’s location off of Alpine Highway if you can. There are a couple of longtime employees here who ruin your experience. They are beyond unkind. One of the ladies who works here screamed at my brother because he wanted her to give him the sticker/sale price the was up. She argued that the was no longer the correct price and humiliated him in front of many people. I have returned many times and the ladies who work here lack basic peoples skills and kindness. They won’t even make eye contact with you as you are checking out."
