"I came in just before 9 thinking they closed at 10 for a spray tan. There was a 30 min wait and I soon realized shortly after 9 that they were closed. Even though I came in last minute they were so kind and helpful. I am grateful for this because I am getting Bridal pictures done tomorrow and I really needed a tan. The machine ran out of supplies and even with this, they were very patient and friendly as I was keeping them late. I highly recommended beaches and this location especially!"

"Kaitlynn was super helpful and friendly when I came in! She even calmly and maturely dealt with an unreasonable customer. I was really impressed with her professionalism. I do agree that there should be someone there for sales and others there for check in only because it can easily get backed up and it’s super frustrating, but the employees are doing the best they can with the protocol. They’re always so kind!"

"The most stupid check in process I’ve seen. Think about having a gym membership and not being able to check in and use the machines UNTIL the front desk people talk to each and every prospect that come in for information. This morning, once again, I drove in the snow and while all the tanning machines were wide open and available in front of me, I had to listen to all the sales process the front desk lady was going through with one and then another prospect. Why can’t you guys check in fast lane people? It takes only 5 seconds. Do you think this is even a smart use of your time? I lost 25 min this morning and my ability to do what I planned to do to be listening to your selling proposition again. There were 2 front desk ppl and 2 customers waiting. None of them were able to check us in. The place was empty. Not a full house excuse. You guys are not respectful of people’s time, and not respectful of current paying customers. I’ve just cancelled out my plan. All these nice reviews are NOT organic. They’re asking customers to leave a nice message to the front desk ladies, but it’s actually a way for them to look good as a company. They lack simple processes. Also, ladies: beware of skin cancer. It has a cost outside the membership you can’t even use some days."
