"Doors were unlocked and I walked in right at eight not realizing they close at 8 o’clock and the guy at the front was extremely rude. I was coming in with a return, and then he tells me that we’re closed. They were still numerous people in their shopping and some at the front. Lock your doors if you’re closed. And then let the people out as they leave lock the door behind them. Don’t let people come in thinking they’re in their shopping and then turning them away. Never shopping there again."

"They were very helpful and knowledgeable about all products and the certain types I was looking for when I was describing what specific wants or needs were. They showed me the products and I was sold. Very nice and professional. The store was very clean too with quick friendly service."

I saw a worker who I learned was no longer on the clock but still went above and beyond in helping me find items for my sisters birthday. "I have never had a bad experience at Ulta until tonight…. Anna was incredibly rude about the credit card offer asking over 3 times before she finished ringing me up.… saying I am pre approved. Without any of my information.i don’t want another credit card I told her that multiple times no. On top of that with it being after Christmas, I had a couple of gift cards through the holiday program where you get 2 of 25 dollar gift cards and you get a free 10 dollar card (great program). She acted there was something wrong with me. I will not be coming back to this Ulta because for awhile. Saratoga springs Ulta has been nicer lately. With the other bad reviews there needs to be a meeting about bring up credit cards and not pushing credit cards. There is difference.. I don’t wish for people to get fired but I think she should be properly trained."
