"Sadly, I had started writing a really great review about this particular Michaels a few years ago and never finished. When I came back today to write a review that wasn't so great it made me sad. This store has gone way downhill. 12/20/23 While shopping for a few specific things I had to ask where something was and was met with a curt response by an older gentleman. I would later acertain this was the store manager. Now, I would totally understand if they were busy rushing around to accommodate for the holiday season but the only thing the middle aged man that responded rudely to me was rushing to do was to hang out with the young women that also worked there. I noticed while I was still shopping that they were having rushes where people were waiting in lines. I counted at least five associates there, most of them just hanging out in the front, NOT assisting customers. There we 2 cashiers when there could have been more to make it so people weren't unnecessarily waiting. Finally, I got up to the front and again, people were talking and not at their posts. Finally when a line of 8 people behind and 2 in front of me had formed I asked nicely but loudly if the manager (bald guy more concerned with the younger women) could open another register and I was met with another rude response. After all of that one of my items was on a better sale than I was hoping for so that was nice BUT I was told that they basically don't bother doing a very good job with the signage so that makes calculating your craft store run on a budget impossible. I was able to get checked out and was so happy with the sales but the experience and the rude manager made this the last time I'll step foot in that Michaels. I sincerely hope someone talks to this team because I could tell I was not the only person that was irritated by the entire situation."

"Great place to shop, the store was clean and well organized. However, during my visit I noticed there were a lack of employees on the floor for customer support (2 employees in register, one in the framing dept.) However, if the company made that one small change; then Michaels would become the default place to shop for my family’s hobbies."

"It was fine. It's Michaels, ya know? So we went to get a picture frame, and we found one. We like the picture frame fine, but the real issue here is that you can never get a phone signal inside the store in order to look up a Michaels coupon. Would absolutely recommend getting a screenshot of your coupon before entering this black hole."

"I love coming in to walk around and look at the deals and holiday decor. The Halloween items did not disappoint. I found a floating style frame for $5 and they had various sizes and colors all for $5. A pretty great deal! Worth having the app and checking for coupons. They still aren't accepting competitors coupons unfortunately."
