"I'm not usually a fan of spreading negativity, but this Maverik is an absolute JOKE!!! First off, your male graveyard, who does nothing, other than hold the counter up, is extremely rude and lazy! He always over charges me for refills, and tonight, he couldn't figure out how to ring my ICED coffee up! Do you really train your employees?! Or, teach them proper customer service skills? If so, that kid missed the memo entirely! And, I've been buying cigarettes from you guys for years now. I'm 42 years old, and I've bought smokes from the graveyard employee I'm referring to many, many times. Yet, he acts like he has no idea who I am every time I try to buy cigarettes. It's ridiculous that I have to let you guys scan my ID every, single time I buy smokes! I do not understand what information you're scanning in, time and time again, but you've managed to lose my business! And I will make sure to spread the word! Hire better, nicer people. That would be a start! And for god's sake! Lower your outrageous prices! You're the most expensive gas station on EVERYTHING! I would not recommend anyone to your awful gas stations! If I wanted to be treated like garbage, i'd go to the Shell! Thought you guys were better than that. You proved me wrong!"

"Right now it's 11:58 pm on Friday October 20, 2023. I just purchased a six pack in the woman at the register has no personality whatsoever. And this isn't the first time she has helped me and when I left the store I left feeling like wide that I even come here. I tried to make a friendly conversation a little humor and she had not even the tiniest little reaction in her face whatsoever. I don't even think i'm gonna come to this location anymore and if I ever see her working at another store I will no longer go there either. I'm not trying to be mean but accustomer should leave in establishment feeling happy and not regret that the even went into purchase something. The manager this location the needs to seriously educate her on the how to deal with customers and how to put a smile on her face and be happy."

"So , this is a mixed review..we picked up a gallon of milk, only to realize that it was 4 days expired. ( found this out the hard way). We took the milk back, and the employee was extremely helpful and sympathetic. She gave us 0 hassle, and we exchanged the milk for a fresh , non expired gallon. So, 1 star for the expired milk ( don't forget to check that dairy section Mavs!). And 5 stars for your employee, whose customer service was fantastic during our little milk debacle."
