"I came here on a Sunday like I do every Sunday on my way to pick up my son's. After I gave my son's there drink they spit it out and then I tried it and it tasted like water when they were supposed to be a unicorn. I went into the store just as they were closing and was told they can't and won't do anything to replace my 3 drinks that were made with Sprite that was only carbonation no syrup. The employee then proceeded to tell me that she made sprite drinks after mine and no one complained so?. I felt like she was rude and I understand they had just closed but she seemed to think I was lying and refused to even replace the drinks a different day. I come her 1-2 times a week and have never been treated like that. What a waste of my money I ended up throwing 3 full drinks away on my way out of the store."

"To start, I have been here probably hundreds of times and really like a lot of their drink flavors. Almost everything has tasted great. Unfortunately, the longer I have been coming here, they have started to put a ridiculous amount of ice in my drinks. Like more than half of my 32oz cup of just ice (asked for light ice before and literally got more lol). I feel like I am paying for about 5 sips of a drink. Today, we waited about 20+ minutes for a 2 car line, only to be told they will only accept cash today with no offer of anything. We have bought tumblers, hundreds of drinks, and more. Don't think we'll be going back."
