"The cashier was friendly but the latte was lukewarm and mostly a pure sugary mix with very little water. The machine appeared poorly maintained. I thought it was funny she didn't recognize the giant 7-11 logo on my refill coffee cup. The pizza slice boxes were split into open halves and made carrying them to my car awkward."

"Customer service is horrible! At the location 4700 s 5600 w Kearns UT. So one of my items wasn’t ringing up so the cashier TAB just added a random price $1 over the actual cost so I I let her know the actual price (thank goodness I paid attention) and jokingly said so we guess prices now when they don’t ring up, well TAB didn’t like my joke and returned with the harshest attitude. It’s fine if she thought the price was something else but there is a way to speak to people and that was not it. Not to mention she didn’t even ask if I saw the actual price she just entered something random without letting me know. Needless to say I said excuse me at the rude attitude and told her she could keep the rest of my purchase and I proceeded to leave taking note of her name TAB in which she said yeah go ahead and complain. Obviously I’m not the first, what are we doing with customer service training anymore? I get it people are tired overworked and stressed but that doesn’t mean take it out on people. Anyhow I’ve heard multiple stories about this cashier in particular and her harshness better than everyone else attitude as well as others of the mature state who work there all being the same. 7-11 management I hope you take this serious as your store is nice on the outside but the inside that’s another story."

"Of all the 7-Eleven's, this one is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are never just standing around, but constantly in motion getting things taken care of. The coffee is always fresh and tasty."

"Cashier named Harmony was very rude to a customer who was asking a simple question. The customer asked how much a small fountain drink was and Harmony yelled out HUH!!! I don’t know!!! Throwing her hands in the air in a rude way then the customer was speechless and then Harmony yelled $1.17!!! The customer was with her kids and It made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the lady and the kids she was with who had to witness their mother being yelled at for asking a question. You shouldn’t be treated that way when you go to buy from any business. That was just awful she needs to be more professional. The customer did not do anything wrong to be treated that way."
