"Been a customer at this location for almost 4 years. Went in this morning for a quick breakfast after getting off work and the clerk not only yelled at me to take off my pack but wanted me to leave it outside at the door. I said no, try to leave it on the counter but then no, he wanted me to leave it on the floor so it would not be in the way of customers. I thought that's what I was. So needless to say, I didn't see a sign on the doors, don't know if it's new staff, management or policy...but I won't be back and yes, I feel it was racially motivated."

"I had no issues with the employees, I did have issues with the thief that was present after he got caught and I slightly lost my temper telling him to leave. The employees did their job and more by dealing with the b.s. that only a select few see. Overall the employees are great and deserve a raise, any employee not caving at the issues presented, company owner needs to realize they are in good hands and increase their pay, owner can review the footage. Hope you guys realize how valuable you are"

"Went in there to get some beer & cigarettes. I grab my bag with my beer and when I get back to my hotel & realize I didn't have my cigarettes so I went back up there. Cashier tells me she doesn't put cigarettes in the bag after I tell her I didn't have them only confirming that I didn't get them, so I just bought another pack. Writing a review isn't going to stop people from going there, but that was horrible customer service because I know I left without my cigarettes & basically spent 20 bucks for 1 pack."

"I visit the store often as it’s near a bus stop on my way from work in the morning however while I enjoy it and it’s easy they now have a rule requiring that you leave your purse, backpack etc. at the front of the store, if my bag were to be stolen I would hold them accountable. While I understand wanting to limit the chances of someone stealing from the store."
