"Went in for the promotion of getting free earrings for a year. Their staff said it needed to be on one email for both of my daughers even though I told her that is not what it says in the advertisements. Plus all of the cheaper earring options were "out of stock" including the cheaper cleaning solution. NICE GIMMICK CLAIRES - you know many come on their kids birthday and even though you list cheap prices, you are "out of stock" leaving the parent stuck in a tough place to make the special day. So after paying a higher price than expected for two piercings we now don't get our free earrings due to the mistake of their staff. After returning to the store to get it corrected, calling the corporate office, calling the store again, going to 2 other claire locations (whose staff was much more sympathetic and tried their best to resolve the situation), and then calling corporate once more when I heard that others did get the same situation resolved through them, we still don't get our monthly free earring promotion. Thanks Claires. You sure follow your motto of being the hero and solving your customer's problems. You should change it to: Big corporation Scammers."

"First off, if you want a good piercing job, go to a tattoo shop, trust me it's worth the money! It's better for you ears and there's a much better chance your piercing will look good. But, as for this Claire's merchandise and staff. I've ordered multiple pairs of earrings online that the site says are in stock in the store. Often after submitting the order, I'll get an email later that day saying the earrings aren't in stock at the store and I'll be refunded. I've tried resubmitting an order a couple times and often will get items that they previously said were out of stock. Not sure if staff is just lazy and doesn't want to look for earrings or what. When I went in to pick up multiple orders I also got nasty looks from staff."
