"Oh my gosh that was awesome! I called them up and they had the lowest diagnostic charge by far of any other company I'd called. Joe came out within 15 minutes, and diagnosed and fixed my freezer within 10 minutes at a VERY reasonable price. He also added a year warranty to the part he replaced and then gave me a bunch of tips on how to maintain my freezer. I feel very confident that it will last me a very long time! I'm so thrilled! Very polite, professional, and kind. I couldn't be happier! --- UPDATE: 9 months later and I'm selling my freezer because I just don't use it very much. The reason it was broken in the first place is do to an error in transporting. I called Joe again today to understand the risks in transporting a freezer on its side and he was VERY helpful again.
