"made a delivery it took less than 1 hr to unload real fast."
"4/7/2020 I ordered a mattress and Platform Bed frame online from AFW. I was able to pick up the mattress at the store. As of today 4/30 I still have not received the frame. Apparently South Shores Industries delivers furniture via FedEX for Americans Furniture Warehouse. Supposedly on 4/10th the mattress was delivered-but not to me. I have called AFW and SS Ind to let them know I did not receive my platform frame. I have filled out a loss report at FedEx only to be referred back to SS Industries, which is YOU. Why is YOUR customer service so poor that I have to keep calling and get ping ponged back and forth between FedEX-AFW and YOU? Like most people I work and don't have time to call you and sit on hold only to be told to call someone else. Tammy Brown Avondale, AZ"
