"The online system quoted me over 200 for a rock chip that's less than 1cm. When I tried to call to understand the ridiculous price the robot refused to put me through to an actual person. Both the website and phone robot were useless, and there was no way to get through to an actual person, the robot told me to go to the website and the website told me to talk to the robot. I spend over 30 minutes trying to figure it out. The most frustrating quote-getting experience I've ever had in my life. A friend recommended safelite, but after all the problems I had with their system, I don't even want to think about how many problems my windshield would have if I took my car here.
