"I provided the correct part number to the employee for a replacement dishwasher drain pump. He could not find it on his website. He located it on a different website and showed me the part to confirm it was correct. The price was $55. I agreed that was the correct part and he went to ring up at ~$75! I asked about the discrepancy and he said it was the Sears parts website, not theirs, so they charge ~$20 more! I found it on Amazon for $35 with a two day wait. I would rather get it done today and would have been happy to pay $55 but double the Amazon price just isn't reasonable. :( Reply after owner's comment: I'll see if the Amazon part is decent, but that's still no reason to charge $20 over what the other OEM website had listed that your own employee referenced!"
