When I had a serious problem with my shower, they not only helped my get the right part to get it fixed, but took that part back, hassle-free, and credited me the purchase price toward the more expensive replacement part when I had problems getting the old one apart. I ended up fully replacing the valve instead of just the cartridge in it, but they made the financial part of the whole ordeal as easy for me as they could."

I had spent 30 minutes on the internet trying to figure it out and it took me 4 minutes in the store to get the part, get an explanation and pay.
