"Terrible Customer Service. Specifically Angela in the accounting department. Hidden charges which are ridiculous. “Overtime charge” nobody asked you to stay and work overtime on our repair. The next day or even next week would have been sufficient. “Truck charge” we drove our unit to you for repair. Nobody picked it up. “Credit card service fee” that was not disclosed before charging our card. We would have been happy to pay with check or cash. But Kim did not mention this extra charge when she called and took our credit card number for payment. I’d recommend going anywhere else."

"Was really disappointed with Jenson Company. I'd almost say it's a bait and switch with dishonest tactics. I am a residential customer and wanted a bid for repair on true fridge. Tech came out, took a look. Couldn't pinpoint exactly what was wrong and said he wanted to dive in more. I asked ballpark what things could be, I didn't want to spend a ton so wanted an idea first before we got in too deep. Technician said he would recommend a cheap repair and an expensive repair. I though we'll the cheap option could be a good way to go. Well when the quote came in, the office refused giving me the inexpensive repair and would only allow me to do the expensive repair. Which cost $3600 well over what a new fridge would cost. To do a bait and switch like that seems like jenson co has very low morals and I would warn any other potential clients to use them as a last resort. Ended up having to pay $560 for them to give me an estimate. Again, buyer beware, most likely you will get taken advantage of. Positives are my technician was professional."

"We felt like the cost charged to us was high compared to services rendered. Our cooler was not working and we called to get a diagnosis. We were charged $628 to tell us that the compressor was bad. 4.6 hours of labor at $105/ hour labor (2 hours of this was driving time to and from Draper to our store), $31 Nitrogen gas charge, $48 charge to bring work truck, $22 credit card convenience charge (CC payment is required by company), and $41 in tax. The repairman came to our store worked on our cooler for about 30-45 minutes then went out to his truck. Came back about 1.5 hours later and worked on the cooler for another 30-45 minutes. Was he working on our cooler during that 1.5 hours in his work truck, I don't know? We were told the compressor was bad and would be about another $2000 to fix it. This could be the going rate for cooler repair, I don't know, but it seem like a lot for a diagnosis. I just wanted other businesses to know about how much it costs to get your cooler diagnosed from Jensen's. Phone calls and emails were professional with the company, it just seems like $628 was excessive to diagnose a bad compressor."
