"Apparently they only want to do business with people that have accounts with them, walk ins off the street will be given a part # to order online. This is a dumb business model, and it's a shame because it was always nice to get the hardware I need in store, if I'm going to order online I'll use eBay or Amazon."
"I’ve tried these guys numerous times for seemingly common bolts and screws and always came up empty handed. Their name should be Fasten-some. It’s sad when the real go to store is a general hardware shop called ACE. Try double D bolt, summit fasteners or ace before you call these guys."
"I stopped here as a desperate attempt to find an odd sized screw. I saw their sign saying "wholesale only" so I almost didn't go in but decided to take a chance. The 2 men working up front were amazing! They looked for what I needed, tried to find alternate solutions, etc. I ended up leaving without the weird size item, but felt that they helped me & explained more in 5 minutes than any of the big box stores, who sold me unusable items I had to return."
"Well let's start with the guy at the counter, seems like talking to a customer might take too much energy as this guy wouldn't even make it as a Mumble rap artist! Then there's the issue of not having any of the fasteners...1/4-28..not very odd right?? Was also looking for some flat head metric screws. There metric inventory consisted of a single shelf of socket head caps and only about 5 boxes. If you have the time I would suggest ordering online at mcmastercarr.com"
