"The relationships you build here are just priceless. I always felt warm and welcome going to work every day"
"HORRIBLE place to go to! We have had our son on their “waitlist” for almost 2 years to get in with no luck! Staff is a revolving door there, maybe they should treat the staff better. Do not recommend for treatment. If you can go elsewhere."
"I cannot even put into words how much this facility has positively affected my son’s life, and mine as well! Before finding UTBS, my son was being neglected at his daycare and was always treated as the “bad” kid. He was regressing socially and emotionally and it was really getting bad. His daycare didn’t know how to care for him and I felt immense guilt and anxiety having to leave him there to go to work everyday. I’m a single parent and didn’t have a choice. Since my son started at UTBS, he is like a whole new child. He is happy, learning every day, and has made SO much progress. His care team is always in contact with me and each other. They are so kind and supportive. They genuinely care for my child and it truly gives me peace of mind. I don’t even know what we would have done without UTBS. It was a long waitlist, over a year, but so was every other facility in town, and it was SO beyond worth the wait. They have truly changed our lives for the better."
"I’ve worked for Utah Behavior Services for over 5 years. Throughout the five years, a lot has changed. One of the main reasons I rated UTBS with 5 stars is not because it’s perfect, but because concerns that I have brought up to my directors has either been changed to resolve the issue or explained to me in such a way that I more fully understand the rationality for my initial concern. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect employers to listen to the concerns of their employees, and ensure that the employee knows their concern is heard and being attended to, even if it takes a while to make that change."
"I have little to nothing positive to say about this place. I requested services and they completely forgot about me for 6+ months, it wasn't until I brought up I was waiting to a therapist that anything happened (he had to look into it). Once in, I submitted EAP paper work which they drug their feet and couldn't authorize. I had to pay for my initial assessment out of pocket (don't worry that gets juicier), and then they barred me from service until the EAP was approved. They bungled up the billing so badly, and even did a shady trick reversing my first cash payment months later and instead billing EAP retroactively despite me telling them not to. That caused further billing issues. My final session they billed me for more time than I was actually there or even scheduled and refuse to fix it. When I contacted them about fixing it they took weeks to respond to me. When I got back to them explaining the remaining mistakes they ignored me. I made my payment (over paid) so it doesn't go past due, and I'm done. Worth also noting my therapist was there barely a year before leaving. They fired my child's therapist based on unfounded claims. The front receptionist position seemed to be a revolving door. The billing department was always "new and learning". Nobody seems to stick around this company, I can only guess why, it's probably as great working there as it is being a patient. Make no mistake - this is a for profit business that cares solely about profits and not for patients in need. Stay away and find better care."
