"Don't waste ur time here, store is always a mess and never have what u need"
"We usually get what we need. This is definitely a contractor focused business. The store is always a mess, and the staff are always behind the counter. The nicest part of the store is the showroom section, probably because nothing needs to be stocked, and that is a major money maker when contractors send their customers in to look."
"My daughter and I had a great experience working with Mallory at the Woods Cross store, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and equally pleasant. Buying bathroom plumbing fixtures is not easy, but with Mallory's help we were able to find what we were looking for a fair price."
"This place has pretty bad customer service. I called for a specific part to see if they had it - they said they did and would leave it at the counter for me. I picked it up and paid for it - and sure enough it was the wrong part. I had to drive back to the store and get a refund. They weren't apologetic at all. I went back to the place to find the part myself and sure enough - the parts were all in the wrong bins - so I could see how an unknowledgeable employee could make that mistake. The store is a mess with boxes on the floor all over the place. No one was around to help - and finally a random passerby helped (not even an employee in the store). It was obvious the employees were not busy - but they aren't the most motivated bunch. As I checked out a second time - the employees were swearing and making jokes. The experience was pretty bad start to finish. I am not going back here again. I think when you make the Big Box stores look good - that is a problem."
"I have to go here a few times a year, this review reflects a typical visit. Pros: sometimes cheaper than the box stores by a good amount, and usually will have parts the box stores dont. Cons: dont ask for any help finding anything, if you dare to, you will be made to feel that you have hugely inconvenienced them by making them get off their chair and walk somewhere, or they will begrudgingly stop their private convo to grunt the bare minimum of a general direction to an aisle filled with the sloppiest pile of random parts thrown all over. If you ask them to "look and see" if they even have it in inventory before you dig through the mess you will be ignored. Side note* If you are female expect to be treated like you have no business being there and may be outright ignored at the counter indefinitely."
