"The piercing itself was flawless. Came in for a daith piercing and Ivy was fast, professional, nice, and someone I would absolutely get a piercing from in the future. Not sure what happened but on the phone, I was quoted 10 extra for the full circle jewelry and when she charged me after the service, she said it was 15 instead. I went ahead and paid 15 but did feel concerned about the discrepancy without explanation, as honesty feels pretty important to me on principle. Other than that, was a perfect experience and I was really impressed with the speed of the piercing and how she was so communicative throughout. Exactly what you want when getting a new piercing, and so far healing perfectly with no concerns. Absolutely love the piercing! **Update: Ivy reached out and let me know there was just a miscommunication about anodized (colored) hoops costing the $5 difference.
