"I was really disappointed with how I was treated today. My appointment was at 1:00 , my barber was obviously running late. That’s fine , things happen. I like the way he cut my hair so I waited but when I noticed he was late 30 minutes for my appointment because he was still with someone else and everyone else in the barber shop acknowledged me but him. Everyone kept asking me “ hey who you with, who’s cutting your hair”. I said Juan. At 135 I waited again. He couldn’t even tell me he bro I am running late. At 142 I walked out. He cuts hair well but lacks customer service. I think the problem is you try charging me for a no show and you were the one that pretty much never showed or has the decency to said” hey bro I am running late but will be with you” he wouldn’t even look at me."

"Went in only having a rough idea of what I wanted and almost a year of hair growth. Ended up getting a low-ish blowout taper from Jake C. Turned out pretty well and complements my natural curls nicely. Shoulda had him cut it a lil longer but he cut it pretty much exactly the length I asked him to so that’s my fault. Cut took about two hours, definitely takes his time making sure it’s quality which I appreciated. Nice guy, nice environment, good cut, highly recommend."
