"Very, very unprofessional. My husband had an appointment with him and he changed the appointment the night before(after we texted to confirm the appointment). He rescheduled it to two days later, so it wasn't a big deal, but my husband had already gotten time off of work and had to use more time. Then on our way there, we hit traffic and it was going to make us 6 minutes late, so I texted him telling him this. We show up 5 minutes late to the appointment, my husband runs in, and he's gone. His office space was locked and lights were off. We tried calling him 4 times and texted twice with ZERO reply. After waiting for 30 minutes to see if he was coming back(thinking maybe he got dinner or a snack or something), we left. Then 3 HOURS later, he finally texts me back saying "Hi Yeah sorry I left around 6:10 I thought you not coming". We arrived and were parked right in front of the building at 6:05. Then I call him and he says he can't get my husband in until JANUARY 9TH!! (His apt was June 28 and was booked early february) he said he would try to squeeze him in asap, I've checked back with him 4 times now and he has not even tried to accommodate his mistake."
