"My mom went here to get help with hypothyroidism and other hormonal issues. This doctor met with her twice, and prescribed her medications that were helping her feel much better. They were supposed to get back to her after they sent out blood work. She tried to contact them 3 times (!!!) over a month to figure out if they had gotten the results and figure out how to refill her medications. It’s been 3 months and still hasn’t heard from them. Meanwhile, she was forced to cold-turkey the medications and scramble to find a new provider to fit her unique situation. Her hormones went haywire and she had to take 2 weeks off work because her moods were all over the place and couldn’t function. Unethical and shameful, to say the least."
