"Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for two sandwiches and a soup. No one was in the dining area and the employees were putting cake and other desserts in to-go boxes instead of giving us our food. When we got our food, some of it was bland, and even chemical tasting. Saturday night, around 8:30. 03/23/24"

"Have always had a great experience at kneaders before this. It was always fast and friendly service and good food and pastries. But this time the guy at the register took forever to figure out how to work it , and he seemed clueless in how to get things correct. Also the ladies in the back were just walking around looking at their phones and not helping at all. After taking 8 more order the same guy went to the back and got our order while the ladies just kept talking and messaging on their phones. We order pastries and it took them 40 minutes to get it all together and to us. There were 5 workers there and 8 customers. It was a just very unprofessional and took to long"

"When I moved to Utah one of the first restaurants I visited was Kneaders. I can tell you first hand that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited in my life (not exaggerating). Their food is delicious and healthy, their deserts are unreal, and their staff was so friendly that one of the managers became a close friend. I would recommend this place to anyone! When you come try the Moose Domes, I will leave one for you."
