Chick's Café

"Our server was so kind and friendly. We read the reviews and decided to try Chick’s cafe. Sure there’s home cooked meals but I felt the quality was like eating at a cafeteria. Salad, meh, from a precut bag. Soup, chicken noodle, salty and not much flavor, chicken fried steak, taste more like the grill it was fried on, the best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes and white gravy. This place was a total gut bomb, but maybe that’s what small town Utahs are all for. If so, give it a go and support a local business."

"If you want a fantastic four-course meal or just some home-cooked food that is incredible then Chick’s Cafe is where you want to visit. Their special comes with soup, salad, chicken fried steak with potatoes and gravy, and a huge scone. The service is terrific and it has become our tradition to always eat here whenever we’re in Heber."

"I don't usually give five star reviews, but when I do it is it is deserved. My Wife and I were in Heber over the weekend. We stopped in Chick's Cafe for breakfast. It was early Saturday morning but it wasn't too busy. I ordered French toast, a sausage patty, a scone and a glass of grapefruit juice. My wife ordered an omelet and a scone. When our food was brought to our table I asked if they happened to have any peanut butter and they did. As I was eating I my French toast I had to hold them down with my knife as they were so light I was afraid they would float off my plate. I have never eaten a better breakfast in all my life. The food was very delicious. The service was wonderful. The cafe started to fill up with guests and locals but the kitchen was able to keep up. We'll be back."

"This classic diner never disappoints! Great service and even better food! Skip the disaster that is Betty’s Cafe and go to this Heber City staple. The aesthetics aren’t great and could use a little updating, but the quality of the food and the service make up for it! (Get a scone, you will be glad you did!"

"After Snowmobiling went with friends to est here. Have not eaten at a diner this good in years. Place is old and rustic. But food quality was really great. Clam chowder and Halibut were great. Scones were excellent. Highly recommend if your at Huber or by Midway."
