"Trying to find parts and calling around so I'm not doing a bunch of wasted driving, called and asked about a specific piece they looked it up on the computer, as well as going down to check that it was in the in the aisle on the shelf. So I drove over and they didn't have it, I asked the person that I talked to on the phone they couldn't find it, brought over another employee who couldn't find it and stated they don't normally have anything in that size."

"Worst service! The employees are lazy. Walked in and the girl was asleep at the deck. The guy didn't want to get off his chair to help and the manager was rude and bothered that he had to do any work. I requested a refund and took my business elsewhere. This place has gone down hill since Mike left."

"These guys are price gouging. They are charging 3 times more than what you can find at Lowes. Other HVAC parts that you can get for $2 somewhere else, they are charging $15. Not shopping here again. If you do, don't assume their prices are good because they are local. A lot of local companies are price gouging customers claiming it's shortages and increased materials costs. I have reached the point where I don't care if local companies are going to survive if they are price gouging. Let them go out of business and be replaced with companies who can do it better."

"This has got to be one of the worst places in Ogden. I have never had good customer service here also i Have never found what I'm looking. There's no one there except two or three employees. They do not greet you, and if you ask questions they silence you as they have other things they need to do"

"I go here almost every day. The staff is very knowledgeable, and easy to finds to ask questions, unlike the big box stores. When your hitting up the box stores looking for your plumbing needs check here first, you will get a better product and a better price."
