"I stopped here to buy 4 new tires, the tire tech suggested I buy 4 C-rated scorpion brand tires for my 3/4 ton truck and ensured me it was a great option. Less than a month later my truck began wobbling on the freeway and so I took it into big-o to see what was going on and they advised me that the inner wall was separated due to it being the Wrong tire for my truck. Needless to say I purchased a new set under necessity and the next day went to California tire to advise them of the issue. California tire stated that the only thing they could do is give me a 5% discount on a new set. Their negligence in recommending an underrated tire put me at high risk on the freeway and I was out $750 that I didn't have. This was the worst experience I will never have again. Do not go here for your tires."

Even though they were clearly closing and getting ready to go home they welcomed me in. They not only fixed my tire but they recalibrated the tpms which was wrong. Super awesome service.
