"My microwave broke during the weekend was going to buy from Home Depot but thought I would try South West Appliance since Home Depot did not have any microwaves in stock found Holly and Chet where great and friendly they had the microwave I wanted in stock and I was able to get it the very same day I bought it! I will definitely be back!"

"What’s the point of having an office with published hours if you randomly close it through out the day? Came two days in a row at different time, both times they were closed with a similar note. Go somewhere else, they don’t want your money."

"Holly @ southwest was awful towards me. We purchased a new build spec home in August with a GE fridge, and since day 1 we have had nothing but problems. Finally in October I called to get someone from southwest to come out cause it wasn’t getting better. We’ve had their repairman come and he was nice and helped us the best he could but even he was stumped on the problem. They decided to reorder a ice maker for us but it’s backordered till Feb and it’s just never operated properly. We’ve had our ice maker turned off for months, and the freezer is still freezing up. I called asking what my options were (if I could return this, upgrade somehow, etc) and she started getting mad at me because our builder hadn’t paid for our appliances yet and we were lucky someone even came out and looked at it, when I bought this home in August & it was a spec home, I didn’t purchase from our builder. It was really unprofessional the way she handled this and was so beyond rude to me, I was in tears when I hung up because of how she treated me. I simply just wanted to know what options we had and she flat out told me it wasn’t their job and I needed to call GE to get a new fridge. I had so many friends and all my family in Beaver had recommend this place for when we needed appliances, I was really expecting their customer service to be top notch from what I’ve heard but after this phone call I’ll just keep my business & recommend Home Depot, and tell everyone to stay far from Southwest."

"Wow! These guys really know how to run a business! Went by Home Depot to buy a dishwasher and was absolutely disgusted at the selection and service. It was like I was a burden because I wanted to buy some thing in their store. I then got on Google and found this place and I am glad I did. From now on I will buy all of my appliances from Southwest appliance. They do a top-notch job and really appreciate their customers!"
