"I needed help installing a parachute pull on my sectional couch. I had already ordered the part. I had already replaced this part in 2020. The part was 40 dollars. The first time it was 30 dollars or less. The cost to have it installed last time was 89 dollars. This time I was quoted 140 dollars plus labor! That meant the cost replace a parachute pull would be nearly 200 dollars! When I ordered the part the lady thought it might be repaired for nothing. It should have been. It’s a defective part. The handle just keeps breaking off. I was prepared to pay 100 dollars for someone to come out and install it but not 149 dollars. Recently I had the the Geek squad from Best Buy come out to fix a computer problem. It took an hour to fix. It cost a 100 dollars. Your prices are way off base. Recently I purchased a new dishwasher for about 1200 dollars. I have purchased other items too. But I’m done. This is very poor service for a part that is not manufactured to last."

Took care of us in every way and kept us posted as soon as product was available for delivery or pickup.
