"I’ve been to this location on 3 separate occasions. The service seems good until you decide to not leave a tip - then I feel the demeanor changes from the staff. The drinks (mocha, chai, and one fancier drink) were all average. Today was the last time I’ll visit this location."

"My teen daughter loves this place, so I will review it through her palate and my experience taking her here regularly. The staff is always super congenial, and the service is very efficient. We typically just use the drive-through, and we are in and out in five minutes. My daughter has her three favorite selections depending on her mood and loves the trendy cafe feel and smells. And she never seems to be disappointed. The sandwiches are a break from your typical greasy fast food—usually more natural ingredients and artisan, ciabatta bread. Typically, we usually go for their personalized beverages."

"Employees need better training, I ordered 2 iced white chocolate mocha and they gave me Frappuccinos... a totally different drink. I left very disappointed. You can clearly tell the employee taking the order was really struggling taking it, as if she didn't even know the menu. So it was a waste of time and money for me."
