"I am pretty upset with the customer service. I sent an email two months ago, after i sent the email i waited to two weeks and asked her how often she checks her emails in case mine was skipped or not received. her response was short and rude. She said she only had a few people ahead of me and she’ll get back to me shortly but it’s been two months. i got my tattoos done somewhere else but i wanted to try this shop in cedar and give them my business but i guess it’s not important to them. i’ve also heard other customers who have had the same problem with this shop. I don’t know if me asking her how often she checks her emails upset her because that’s her job and it shouldn’t have. I had thanked her for her time. the tattoos I asked her to do were so simple (a name in cursive and a second tattoo which was a spiral) so it wasn’t like my tattoo was too complex but oh well(:"

"Edit 12/2023: Aisha has done it again! She did a beautiful job with my newest addition of a fox skull tattoo! Beautiful design! Aisha is very kind and always checks in to make sure you are doing okay durning the process. Once again wonderful service! Original 8/2022: Love this shop! I booked my appointment with Aisha and gave her a rough idea of what I wanted. They came up with a beautiful design that I loved. They were very sanitary and made sure the stencil was 100% in the correct spot before starting. Aisha did a wonderful job on my tattoo, and they are a lovely person to talk to. The shop itself was very clean and welcoming. All of the artists there are very professional and show great interest in their work. Overall, a great experience! Will be coming back in the future, and recommending this shop to my friends and co-workers."

"In my younger days, I wanted a tattoo of something that showed my faith. I had a couple of pictures I looked. I told my mother I wanted to get them tattooed. She made me promise to wait and she’d go with me to get it. Unfortunately, she got sick before I could do it. I put the tattoo on the back burner. Thinking I’d get it when she got better. That didn’t happen. I’ve carried those pictures for over 20 years. After my mom passed away. I decided I was going to get it. I went to brought futures to get some idea of how I could combine those pictures. Wes took the time to understand how important the tattoo is to me. He came up with starting that was absolutely amazing. He did a tat that was way betting my expectations. He’s an amazing artist."
