"The last couple times I've tried coming here they've been closed. Like rn it's 6 and Google says open till 9. I get if your short staffed but at least hang a sign saying why your not open. The milk tea is really good but I guess I'll have to go to the other location."
"Last minute my son decided he wanted to try boba. It was late but according to Google they were open until 9. Got there at 8:45 to see the gal that was supposed to be working just standing there with what looked like a couple of friends waiting for her to get off. Walked up to the counter to be told they were closed. If you close at 9 then you serve until 9, I assumed. Not 8:30 and then wait for the clock to run down so you can leave the second the clock strikes 9."
