"I've waited to write this review because I am so angry and disappointed. The installer broke my granite in multiple places during the install. We called and where originally offered a new slab but the next day the owner decided that he wouldn't honor that verbal agreement. The installer did a terrible job on the repair, leaving glue all over the counter which had to be scarped off with a razor blade (he insisted that was just dust) a U shaped indent in front of the sink, the counter is off-center where the stove is, there is a matte finish on the area he worked on as well as the entire area that he "repaired" feels ruddy and pitted. I pointed this out to the installer and he said that I didn't understand granite and that "all granite feels bumpy and ruddy" I pointed out that the entire rest of the counter was smooth and glossy. He said "that's because they polish it at the shop a special way" He kept asking if I was satisfied with his repair but every time I pointed out a problem he said "no that's fine" I would use extreme caution when dealing with this company as the owner will undermine his employees promises and if they break something they look you dead in the eye and say "it's fine""

"Great experience! Jesus answered all questions, helped us find the perfect material (found at Rio Stone) for our island, and coordinated all for a quick installation. The fabricators were able to cut the granite and highlight the designs we wanted to keep. The installation crew was professional, clean, and explained everything as they installed. Our island is now a durable, usable art piece."

"These guys were amazing to work with! They were very accommodating and did such a good job. Our house flooded so they were helping put our countertops back on. During the process one of my kids broke one of our quartz slabs right in half. It was so bad! They were able to repair it so that you can’t even tell it was broken.
