"I went today to get lunch when I got home instead of a great lunch (soup for my son who is sick) and a sandwich for me we found the lid wasn’t even on the dented bowl of chicken noodle soup so it was spilled all over in the bag and on all the other food straws etc. Not to mention when I got to the drive thru to pick up the online order I made apparently it was an annoyance that I had ordered online and came to pick up my food. I used to highly recommend this Kneaders now I think you would be better to go to village baker!! At the time of this review I had already submitted a review and emailed Kneaders asking for someone to call me and to advise of the issues. They still currently have not bothered to contact me."

"Is there supposed to be apples on the apple cranberry salad? Because I paid $17 for the blandest watery lemonade and a plastic container full of lettuce. Although Emily K was our cashier & she was lovely."

"I have to be honest I felt ripped off after going here. We got 2 “Large” salads and 2 “bowls” of soup and with tax it was like $51. The “Large” salads were not very large especially for the price and the “bowls” of soup were much smaller than I would expect for what you pay. Then they ask if you want 1 or 2 dressings and charge you more for the extra dressing that you won’t even end up needing for that not so large salad. Personally I don’t think I could justify going to kneaders again after this. Just seems like you can get much more for much less pretty much anywhere else."

"Lady at window was super rude. Didn’t even come check on us while we were waiting or tell us it would be a while at the drive thru. Sat there 20 mins line growing behind us and she didn’t even apologize for the wait. Opened the door to hand us the food and went to thank her and she abruptly shut the door in my face. Won’t go back here to this location again. Also the sandwiches we ordered were terrible the bread on mine was so thin it just broke apart and was overly stuffed and found something pokey in the tomato soup.."

"Just finished a miserable excuse for a sandwich for lunch, sitting here hungry because if you look at the photos, what I paid $20 for a sandwich meal for was maybe $5 of food. If you are serving chicken salad sandwiches you need to at least put CHICKEN SALAD on there. No excuse for this when you charge what you do. I go here pretty often and bring work teams in, but no thanks after this. I basically ate a hard edged croissant for lunch."
