"Very unhappy with the cut I got from Chelsea. I have gone to Sports Clips for about a year, and have never seen anything like this. I went in for a simple drop-fade and it looks like she chewed it! The hairdresser next to me did 3 haircuts in the time it took her to do mine. She was telling me how her trimmers were broken and how she probably shouldn't be using them, but proceeded to give me a lopsided cut anyway. Then when I questioned how she blended it, she told me it was the lighting and assured me it was fine. She made sure there was no hair on herself, but I had to grab the hairdryer to get all the hair off of myself afterwards. Very unhappy."

Such a cheap move. Everyone be aware please!) I'm getting really frustrated with this. I moved to Salt Lake City 3 years ago. And I've been coming to this shop for last 2 years. I used to loooove the haircuts I got here but that all changed recently. Last time I got a haircut from Angie and it looked so bad. I didn't ask for much. I had asked for a simple tapered look on the sides and back with some texture in the top. She completely messed it up. Anyways, I thought that was a one-time thing, can happen to anyone. But the worst happened to me again today. I got an appointment with Maggie. Firstly, she seemed a bit rude. I asked to get the same haircut as before, but she just completely jacked it up in less than 10 minutes and said the haircut is done. I walked out of the shop looking like Charlie Brown from Peanuts :(. I'm feeling like I'm paying money to look bad every month, and it's becoming a pattern. While I don't want to judge the entire shop based on a couple of experiences, I'm left feeling really frustrated. I may consider looking for a new barber shop in the future."

"I'm a frequent customer of this location, but not anymore. Hair dresser intentionally skipped me in the queue because her friend wanted his done first. She tried to be discreet and didn't think I'd notice. Wasn't about to wait another 30 mins so I walked out. Very unprofessional."
