"They went above and beyond. I took an old pair of heels in that needed a new insole. There was this horrible gold flake paint stuff in it that was coming off, too, that they scraped out as an added bonus. Will definitely bring any shoes to them in the future."

"I’ve had several pairs of shoes and a backpack zipper repaired here. They are not cheap ($50+ per pair) but they do a great job. Hard to find a good cobbler and these folks know what they are doing."

"Terrible job. I asked to have patches sewn on my bag. They’re all crooked as hell. They admitted it was bad and said they’d re do the work. It’s still crooked. Then I got attitude from the owner that it was my fault. They still overcharged me $40 and ruined my bag. This is neither craftsmanship nor professional. Really upset my bag looks terrible."

"Had a pair of boots from the days in the military resold. Let’s just say I got them more than 25 years ago but the work came out better than I could have asked. They fixed and doubled seams that came apart as well. I could have bought a new pair for 285 or so, but I don’t think so. These will be loved for another 25. Just like Leonardo’s girlfriends.
