"I have loved the therapists that my children and I are seeing at Monarch Family Counseling. I was recently frustrated with their cancellation policy. My children and I see our therapists on the same day at the same time. This past week, my daughter's therapist had to cancel due to an emergency. They have a policy that children cannot sit and wait in the waiting area and must be supervised by an adult. All of that is fair, but my issue is that if I am following their policy of supervising my child, I would have to cancel my therapy in order to be with my child. It was not my fault that my daughter's therapist cancelled for an emergency, things happen. But, how they enforce the high cancellation fee if an issue on their part causes an issue for me, is infuriating. I shouldn't have to pay an extra hundred dollars for cancelling my session due to them cancelling my daughters session. Also, the phone call I got was about an hour before our session, leaving no time to find someone to watch my daughter. All three of us went to the therapy office because my son had therapy. My daughter and I waited for him, due to their policy, as our therapy wasn't possible due to their policies. My therapist was asked to talk to me about the policies and said, if there were issues in the future (that are not caused by me) I would still be liable for the cancellation fee."

"I will never go there again !!! Their billing department is a big fraud , they won’t wait for your insurance claim come in , they will charge your card what ever they want . And super rude staff . Don’t ever give them your credit card information. They will charge you if your insurance has little hold up , they won’t help you . The worst place ever !!! Don’t trust them !"

"These office administrators can’t be trusted. Before beginning treatment I confirmed insurance coverage and billing with the staff. Two months later and after four visits they informed me that they made a mistake in looking into my insurance coverage and would be retroactively charging my credit card the full amount for each visit instead of the co-pay. They’re charging me hundreds of dollars for a mistake they made and which could have been avoided if they had done their job correctly. Awful service, do not schedule an appointment with Monarch Family Counseling."
