"Made the unfortunate mistake of taking my children to Ms Palmer's Millcreek office. Not only did she cancel appoints frequently, not respond my emails nor their father's, our daughter's mental health took a nose dive while under her care. Please do NOT take your kids here. I had to file a complaint with Medicaid and have my attorney threaten legal action to get records which were then clearly fraudulently prepared. She then said I was "harassing her staff" because I sent them a copy of the HIPPA guidelines. No professional should be this clearly bias and not for her patients. Kim Palmer should NOT have a license."
