Reviews of Granger Medical Clinic
"Hands down the most unprofessional clinic I’ve been too, I went through 3-4 months of absolute hell dealing with this amount of unprofessionalism. I can not say that for all of the staff but at least 99% of the ones who deal with DR JAMES CRAIG! Save yourself the time because this man does not care for his patients, if you need AN ACTUAL DECENT urologist wait the time even if they’re too booked. I’ve had multiple surgeries for my kidney stones and the DR JAMES CRAIG WOULD NOT PRESCRIBE ME ANY MEDICINE FOR THE PAIN, nurses told me he doesn’t like prescription medication so they had to go out of there way to call him which took extra day for him to get me my medication"
"My first visit went fine with Dr. Barman. A good but overworked doctor. A year later I got a voice message appointment reminder from Granger Medical. I didn’t know who that was. Wasn’t my Dr, wasn’t the Hospital. The message got buried & lost in my voice mail. I never confirmed it. I got billed. Every other annual appointment including my dentist of 30 years has always been confirmed. Twice I had questions and left messages which never got returned. I had years elapse between appointments. But they got COVID slow, and threatened to refuse me as a patient if I didn’t set up an appointment. I did, but then as I showed up, they refused to admit me because I had a COVID test for an operation they would have known about had they returned my phone message. Perhaps I should bill them. I was pretty upset having taken 1/2 day off work. I’m self employed by the hour. Following this altercation my phone received automated rating request. The link was nonexistent! These guys shove you in and shove you out. If you look what they charge the insurance company you think you might have better attention. Go anywhere else."
"The doctor was fine, BUT a procedure they did didn’t get covered by insurance and I didn’t know that until a couple of months ago. I lost my job because of the pandemic and they told me they wouldn’t send it to collections and give me time to figure it out with my insurance. Well, they sent it to collections and now I get to pay 18% on top of a huge amount that I’m not even sure I owe. Awful people. Don’t use them for anything if you can help it."
"I've had to change my doctor appointments in the past year due to covid. Not because I couldn't go, they just wouldn't take any patients. I've had Docs cancel on me left and right. Understandable though., These are trying times. Yesterday, I screwed up and got my appt time wrong; I tried to call back, but I was on hold forever. I called back two or three times. Finally, someone answered and it turned out it was the wrong clinic anyway! Granger medical has a few numbers on Google, Bing and even on my own insurance information. By the time I did get the right number and the right clinic, there was no way I'd make my appointment. Once I got a human, they also couldn't help, and said they'd call me tomorrow! Turns out, Dr. Larsen has a zero tolerance policy for no shows. Interesting isn't it? Just think about how many patients you would lose if we had the same policy. I don't even want to go to this clinic. I get the feeling they have enough "Good" patients and don't really need anymore business."
"Had been good clinic. Not so much anymore. They employ nurses who take care of u in this order : Nurse / and or doctor needs first, facility needs second, money needs third , insurance needs fourth and patients needs dead dead last. AVOID Jacqueline Lobsiger, fnp, if u want to live, she is the worst ever. No seriously avoid this person for your own health and well being."
