"Every time I call Intermountain Healthcare Neuro Therapy services I wait on the phone for MNIMUM one hour. Last week I was waiting on hold for TWELVE hours for a receptionist to pick up. None ever did. I am on hold right now and have been on hold for SEVEN hours. I feel that us neuro patients aren't able to speak up for ourselves so we're being put on the back burner and people aren't paying attention to make sure we're getting the resources we need. Intermountain needs to do better. People over profit."
