"I went here for a few months before I had my first baby a few months ago. I had a GREAT experience!! I was so excited to go back after I had my baby! Well I messed up and accidentally slept through my first appointment (I mean, I was up all night with a newborn...) But I take full responsibility. I called to apologize. I felt awful. I tried to set up another apointment, but the receptionist was absolutely awful. I was in tears by the end of the phone call and she hung up on me. I know I messed up, but you'd think a pelvic floor PT clinic would have a little more compassion towards a new mother..."
