"I had a top-notch experience with this store from the first call I made to order boots. We were treated incredibly from the second we walked in the store! They grabbed our order, then offered to polish both of our boots (Red Wings) while we tried on the new pair. They chatted with us about different styles and laces, and we left with newly polished old boots and a gorgeous pair of new boots. It was exactly the type of experience I'd hope to have when making a purchase like that. Can't recommend Red Wings and the Draper location enough!"

"Iron Rangers have been on my bucket list “things that last a lifetime” and I was able to finally save up the money and purchase them. I grab my wallet and headed to Draper Utah and find the Redwing store immaculately clean with not a single particle of dust on the shelves! I was greeted by Todd at this location and wow, was I taken by surprise by the awesome foot scan tool and the exceptional customer service! The scanning revealed the right size( for both feet) which I had been wearing the wrong size for near 40 years! Picked out my dream boot Heritage Iron Rangers 8085, the minute I thee them on, my mind was blow at the comfort! Todd suggested some insoles for winter and I will say it was worth it! Snow, rain, cold, and standing for nearly 12-16 hours a day in these boots (after the break-in period) I’ve never had a boot or a shoe that never made my feet sore, swollen or painful in my life until I purchased the Iron Rangers. I will caution anyone wanting to buy a good pair of boots you will need to break them in for at least 30 days and have a steady supply of advil, good socks( which redwing socks are amazing and a great option for when you are breaking in your new boots) and some good mink oil ( redwing care kit ) wear them for a couple hours on and off for the first day. Then wear them like an extension of your body until they are formed to your foot! The most comfortable boot you can buy! Money well spent! And I know I’ll have these boots for a lifetime of adventures and hard work! I was so happy with my purchase I drove home picked up my wife and immediately brought her to this store to speak to Todd and had her foot scanned and fitted with an amazing insoles for her! Big thank you to Todd and the team there! I’ll be returning and will/have recommend(ed) this store to all that ask about these awesome boots! First pic is day 1 second pic is two months"

"My husband and I went in on a Sunday to purchase two pairs of boots. The staff was AMAZING. Todd, Sophie, and Matt were all so kind and extremely helpful. To top it all off, 80’s music was playing in the background. Overall wonderful experience!"

"I recently bought a pair of boots here and decided to get the tough toe added. I asked about it being done a particular way and they told me no problem that one guy was the best at it and he would do it. When I took the boots home I saw that he did a sloppy job. It was nothing like the display boot they showed me. We took them back and they said they could fix them. And that they would be ready the next day. I was told this 3 times as I went back every day for 3 days. At this point I asked for an exchange for a pair without tough toe. They refused and lied to me about their register being down. I feel like this location is dishonest. I contacted the Orem location and they took care of me immediately without any problems. I always have liked red wing boots and I don’t give it 1 star for the quality of my boots. I gave it 1 star for this location and do not recommend you do business with the Draper location."
