"Bought a $250 pair of boots, within a week the stitching was coming out. Exchanged them for a $300+ pair of boots that I have had for less than a year now. The tread on the soles is half gone and there are already holes in the inner lining. I do auto glass, so nothing in my job is hard on the boots. I'm going back to Rocky boots since my last pair of Rocky's lasted 10 years for construction and farming with only a change to the laces. Waste of money and waste of effort to try to make them worth while. Poor cow died for nothing on these boots."

"I love Redwing boots but the store in Riverdale doesn’t carry them anymore. So I gave this store a try and was not very impressed. Okay customer service. But they try to upsell you everything in the store. And unlike the Riverdale store they don’t do free oiling or shoelaces. Very disappointed will keep buying from the Riverdale store from now on."
