"I like this store. they have really cute clothes, accessories, etc. and their employees are so sweet. however, I would not recommend buying their jewelry. I bought a necklace from them and within a week it rusted and made my neck green where the necklace was. in other words, it’s very cheap jewelry. I buy a lot of cheap jewelry but none of it, even stuff that I’ve gotten for $2 have rusted. it doesn’t make any sense as to why I paid $5 for a necklace that made my neck green and rusted so fast."

"Usually the employees are decently nice. Today I was charged the wrong price and wanted to get charged for the right price. The employee proceeded to yell at me and demanded that I show her where I found the item I got charged wrong for. She then threw a fit that she had to do a refund. I get retail can be hard to work but I was in no way rude to the employees. Sure, I was frustrated but I did not deserve the treatment I got. I wouldn't suggest this place to shop. Usually picked over."

"I will say that this company and this store is a joke. I have heard how they treat customers and employees and it is horrible. The bigger girl that is a manager is horrible. I was in this store when I heard her in the back screaming at someone. I called and spoke with the full time manager and said I had heard everything and she apologized and was so great about me complaining. I shop there a lot and this store is unorganized and the employees do not talk to you. They will yell at you from the cash register but other than that nothing. The manager with blonde hair is great to help out. She was on a scooter and ran in the back to bring out other leggings that had not been put out yet. She is always so friendly. But she has said how she is quitting very soon which is said because she is the one of the a couple nice employees in there. I have had a younger girl that is just sweet and she is great. She is the only other employee that seems to care. I would say this this store definitely is always a mess as in their team. And I heard that the District Manager is very very rude. If you do go in I would say go to the blonde manager because she is just sweet and very helpful if not the short younger blonde."

"I have shopped at this location many times and it is one of my favorite stores, I’ve met both managers an they’re both super nice but mainly every time I go in Stephanie’s always there she’s always soo nice and asks me what I’m shopping for and helps me find it! I went in last night and she’s always running around working hard and helping people! The other girls that were there last night were super nice also! Stephanie does a great job the store is always very clean and organized she does a great job!!"
