"This is a terrible place to try and get treatment from and their free 15 minute consultation is a joke. Even though I emailed back and forth and clearly stated I just wanted the consultation to make sure we are a good fit before I started, I even filled out all the paper work, they booked me for an intake and because I'm thinking I'm going to be getting a call I'm getting anxious that I haven't heard anything. When you call the office all you get is a recording that they are in the office but can't answer the phone. The therapist called me asking if I knew we had an appointment and I let her know it was just a consultation. So we talked and set up another consultation a week later. She said she would call me and I thought that was that. I even got a text reminder about it and then again no call. I look at my credit card and I got charged for a no show and yet again when I call the office all I get is a voice recording. So frustrating!!!"

"Since starting visits about a year ago I've seen big improvements in my general mental health. The staff is friendly and relaxed, and the office doesn't feel stuffy or cramped. Usually some spa music is playing quietly to help with relaxation as well."
